RUAHA NATIONAL PARK


 

Ruaha National Park, located in Southern  Tanzania, is the country's largest national park, covering over 20,000 square kilometers. Known for its diverse landscapes, including savannas, wetlands, and woodlands, it is a haven for wildlife. The park is home to large populations of elephants, lions, leopards, and wild dogs, as well as hundreds of bird species. Its remote location makes it less crowded, offering a more tranquil and authentic safari experience. Ruaha is also notable for its rich cultural heritage, with nearby tribes adding to the area's unique charm.
